Performance
The 97-seat Scott
Kelman Theatre (a black-box performance space) is available for rental
Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings and Saturday and Sunday
afternoons for performances.Daily, single-weekend, and multi-weekend rentals are possible. Please call 310-306-1854 or email livearts@electriclodge.org for quote.
Theater
Performance Rental Includes: 1)
Two hours setup time prior to curtain each performance plus four hours total of load-in/tech time per day of rental (e.g., two night
rental = eight hours of load-in/tech time in theatre in addition to two hour setup each day).

Full Rentals & Runs
– 1st Weekend load-in/tech time: Tues./Wed./Thurs.:
9am-10pm. 2nd Week
thru closing: 1 pickup rehearsal
(Tues. or Wed., times negotiable).
2) Use of lobby & kitchen starting two hours before scheduled curtain on performance dates (concession sales are allowed). 3) Use of lighting and sound equipment (inventory available on request). 4) Use of at least one dressing room (second dressing room subject to availability).
Short-Notice
Concert Rentals available – Call for rate. Screenings $200 per
hour (2 hour min.), incl. use of projector & screen Corporate Seminars $150 per hour (2 hour min.) Non-ticketed Staged Readings/Workshops $50 per hour or $70 per hour w/ stage lighting package (2 hour min.)
Additional
Fees for Performance Rentals: Parking Attendant - $30 cash gratuity to attendant; mandatory for all evening events w/ audience Occupancy of lower classroom space as green room/3rd dressing room/concessions storage: $10/hour, to max. of $120/day. Rehearsal time prior to tech week – see above & below for applicable rates. Lodge does not provide technical or box office staff – Referrals for these are available on request. Theatre seating
riser re-configuration can be arranged; call for quote ($500 min. deposit
required). Digital video projector and screen - $70/night (NOTE: Projector rent is included in screening rentals) Non-performance use of theatre lighting system (e.g., for film shoots or casting sessions) - $10/hour House manager - $20/hour – May be required at Lodge discretion. Reservation
