An afternoon of playful somatic practices, connection, and tea! This workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself and others. We’ll explore gentle somatic practices that help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and increase body awareness in a supportive and welcoming space. No experience necessary, just curiosity! Everything will be guided gently and at your own pace.

The Daredevil Arts Festival is returning for its second year! This year’s festival will expand to TWO WEEKENDS, packed full of exciting original shows from bold, daring performing artists of all stripes. Want to be a Daredevil artist? Submissions are now open for original, fringe-style productions between 30-60 minutes of all disciplines and genres. Submitting is free and open to all!
