The Electric Lodge is an incubator for the arts and the environment. We serve Venice and surrounding communities by hosting multi-disciplinary cultural arts, specialized arts workshops, health/fitness classes, and opportunities for civic engagement.

The Brothers Abelson of 1946 – Feb 14 – Mar 2

The world premiere of a new comedy-drama, The Brothers Abelson Since 1946, written by Dennis Danziger. In 1970s Texas, a young cartoonist returns home to his estranged family, where tempers flare and long-buried secrets are revealed. Feb. 8 - Mar. 2 $35 tickets.

Join us at the Electric Lodge on Monday, March 3, 2025 at 7:30PM. 10 performers are given 10 minutes each to showcase their unique talents. Hosted by founding artistic director Joel Shapiro.

These New York based artists had pieces featured in the Electric Lodge’s recent production of “The Save” by and starring Jack Merrill, who happens to be the nephew of both artists.
